We centre local, ethically sourced ingredients while catering to your individual dietary and lifestyle needs. Nourishing prepared meals will be delivered weekly in reusable zero waste packaging to West Vancouver, North Vancouver and East Vancouver. Customized add-ons available.

Individuals or Couples (2 servings per meal): Three well-rounded dinners, one lunch, one snack/breakfast. All meals are fully composed with mains, sides, sauces and garnishes. = 10 servings – $400
Families of 3-4 (3 servings per meal): Four well-rounded dinners, One lunch, One snack/appetizer/breakfast = 18 servings $680
